Whenever an investment is made, Cavalum SGPS creates a special purpose vehicle (SPV), grouped as follows:
- Hydro companies
- Wind companies
- Photovoltaic companies
- Other companies

The Holding Company manages the SPVs incorporated for each project, as well as their operation and the sale of energy to the national network.
The corporate structure is private and, as a rule, Cavalum owns the majority of the share capital of its affiliates. |
